Privacy and Cookie Policy

Policy released pursuant to article 13 of the European Regulation 679/2016 (hereunder “GDPR”) to the users of the website https://www.venezianiyachting.com.

The data collected through this site are divided in:

Navigation data

This category of data concerns IP addresses or the domain names of the computers through which users connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources and other parameters linked to the http protocol and relating to the operating system and the IT environment of the user.
These data are processed for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical insights on the use of the site and monitoring its proper functioning, and they are deleted just after they have been processed.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

With exception of the automatically collected data (navigation data), Boero does not gather any personal data of the users that visit its website, unless data are explicitly and deliberately provided by users when they access the site pages containing contact forms.
The access to the page and to the single contact form contains a specific disclosure statement pursuant to article 13 of the GDPR.
